  I am writing this review with lot of enthusiasm as I happen to receive exceptional customer service by Hornsby Toyota new cars salesman "Connor" and "John" from used card department. These guys demonstrate excellent passion to meet the needs of their customers and provide wholehearted service. Definitely worth visiting and securing your dream Toyota vehicle from Hornsby Toyota

  First time doing the service here and it was a bit of disappointment in terms of time management! I was promised a 12:30 PM pickup which became 3 PM while I was really in a hurry! They just told me this happens sometimes but clearly didn't have any issue with that 2.5 hours delay. No comment on the price as I'm not the expert here but paid 750$ for 120K service and Front wheel brakes pads replacement for my 2WD Kluger. Not sure if I'm going back for next service!

  James is owesome! He guided me through car choosing , accessories top ups , trade in evaluation and finance solution in just hour and half on Sunday afternoon He is such an expert and high efficiency guy I would highly recommend to anyone who expects high level service!

  Bought a new car. Sales team (Connor) was great, and not pushy at all. The friendliest sales team I have seen out of all the car dealers I have visited.
